As ``Number of hierarchy levels'' you specify the number of distance classes
(hierarchy levels), which are used by FAMUSAMM for the given simulation data.
The number of hierarchies grows with the number of atoms in your simulation system.
A negative number indicates, that EGO should determine the number of
hierarchy levels automatically at run time.
The utility program xpl2lis choses a negative number
of levels, thus, no manual changes are necessary.
