Switch for Using Flooding

If TRUE, the flooding algorithm [22] is used to speed up transitions between conformational substates of proteins. You need to create a flooding file (default file name flooding.lis) with the utility program mkflood. The flooding file holds important information for the flooding process. For detailed information about the flooding algorithm see Chapter 6.2.5.
